Everyone at this dealership went above and beyond for me. We didn’t make a deal but it was not what they did I just couldn’t afford it at this time. Very personable and friendly and I will be back to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Not happy as far as buying gap insurance through this dealership only to have a pay out of 1470 as nothing is described in detail only getting you to purchase. Only to want to make a sale. Most of family and friends were sent here and will not refer anyone to this dealership. The word of mouth is best marketing. DON'T GO HERE!!

A friend of mine was looking for a replacement vehicle. We drove by stopped at so many dealerships as far as Tilbury. Always heard mixed reviews of Rocky's, We where greeted with a Big smile and a welcome to the last dealer and dealership you need from Louis Sleiman. Treated us like we meant something, took the time to get a general idea of the customer as a person and listening to what she was describing. Well Louis found that car. while treating us like family through the whole process. Visit Louis Sleiman at Rocky's Motors on Tecumseh Rd East. Next to Caboto club. Worth visiting

I've been dealing with Rocky's for 5 years now, never had any issues. I'm now on my 3rd car from this business and some things have gone wrong with the last one and they've been so helpful with resolving the problems. Brittany is my go to at Rocky's. Absolutely amazing very helpful just when I thought there was no hope with my current trade in and plans for the new vehicle failed . They worked diligently and used all resources pulled many string and got me what I needed .. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me .. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.Most of them have been repaired structurally and left with some parts unrepaired. I've had to do spend an additional $1000 to replace parts soon after purchasing a vehicle and Rocky Motors didn't even bother addressing the issue.Inspect every part of the vehicle thoroughly before even thinking of purchasing from here. If they can get away with not repairing every part of the vehicle, they absolutely will not put in the effort to give you a quality vehicle.
