We hired On The Point Design for some major remodelling for our pre construction home and we couldn’t be happier. On The Point Design was recommended to us by a builder to design our laneway suite. From the first time we communicated with them they were very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was very overwhelming and all new to us. Derry and Austin really made this experience easy and exciting. Laneway suites are fairly new, yet they knew everything about the by-laws. Everything is transparent with them, no surprises. Even when the drawings and permits were done they are still willing to help us whenever we need till the actual build is done. We are glad we got to work with these 2 guys!! Great designs and everything we needed in the house they managed to make it work. You won't be disappointed in this company.

Our project with On The Point Design (OTP) was to build a Garden Suite for our elderly parents. They listened to our wants and incorporate them into the design beautifully. They are super professional, their communication skills are excellent. They were very clear in explaining each steps and what to expect. They provided a lists of all the expected fees/cost so that there were no surprises. From start to end, Austin & Derry were amazing to work with. I would definitely work with them again!
