Few days ago I bought one of their Stainless steel Cabinet coolers for my personal use in small project to cool electric cabinet. Before placing the order I had few questions about the item itself and their support was quite informative and gave me the right answers I needed. Placed the order that same day and I received the item 2 days later. Installation was quick and easy and product itself works perfect.

A week ago we bought their Air Knife and it's fitting to our production line perfectly thanks to Air knife mount that we also bought alongside air knife. We had some minor troubles with positioning it the right place in our production line, but with the help of their support it was solved very quickly

Terrible experience, will never deal with them again. Extremely unprofessional. I called streamtek to inquire on a air blade for an industrial test application i was designing. Their knowledge on the product was questionable, because I asked specific details on stream strength and cfm/psi consumption and they didnt have a solid answer for me, basically they said “i would have to try it out”. They also are located in Barrie, with a residential address, which doesn’t bother me as a machine builder as most industrial component product purchases dont require a retail storefront. But the guy i was talking too insisted i cannot pickup, and that they only ship. I had a bit of a time crunch for this test project that i was working on and they guaranteed i would receive it in time.. i ended up getting it 2 days late. Wasnt impressed.The major issue came when i checked my credit card statement, and noticed i was incorrectly charged in USD!! A quick email, and they acknowledged their mistake, and that they would credit me the conversion difference( around 160$).. 1.5 months later with constant phone calls, emails.. with no response. I had to call my CC and get a charge back. Which was easily solved in my favour.I definitely will be buying my airblade products from a professional industrial supplier in Toronto from now on. Not these goofs

Honestly I bought my product thinking it would be OKAY based on the price and this thing was AMAZING....I would put Stream-tek's product and quality over anything right now....wow. Impressive - highly recommended and will buy from again.

Jay and the team at Streamtek were very helpful in my recent order of 4 aluminum air knives. I ordered the product on Tuesday afternoon and by Thursday morning I already had received an email with tracking number showing en-route! Though the look of the packaging is very basic, it was packaged very well. I did some comparison between Streamtek and a couple other competitors, but it was clear the pricing here was significantly cheaper. Thanks Jay!
