I had made an appointment with @hairwithandrea. I unfortunately got ill the day before my appointment. Her cancellation fee states 2 days prior or there will be a $50 fee charged. This is understandable as this is her policy. However flu/covid are unpredictable circumstances. She was not at all understanding of my situation nor did she try to communicate an alternative. She claimed I was lying and not telling the truth. I was doing what was in the best interest of her safety along with others. I would NOT recommend going to her. She was very passive aggressive with her communication and that is no way to speak to her clients. She cares about your money, more than your well being.

This place is gorgeous! I come to see Stella do her magic on my nails but I'm definitely going to try the other services next time. The techs are professional and very welcoming.

Joe is without a doubt one of the best hairdressers I've ever experienced. His attention to detail, deep understanding of different hair types and textures, and his warm, friendly personality make the whole experience enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch, caring hairdresser.

I saw Andrea and asked her to give me a blonde balayage and she gave me a few yellow highlights in the front and absolutely nothing at the back. The back is complete dark everywhere, untouched... when I asked her to fix it she was disrespectful and passive aggressive and blocked me!! She'll be pleasant until she has your money then it's a wrap. This salon is likely reputable for other services but I would not recommend doing your hair with Andrea.

If you want to truly experience proper manicure and pedicure, Zoya is your girl.Amazing nail tech, super knowledgeable, and experienced.This is true quality.

Simona took my tired long fried blonde locks and transformed them into a fresh healthy shorter style that makes me look mature but still youthful. I trusted her from the moment I first sat in her chair. I asked her for her opinion on what to do with my hair and she gave me sound advice and truly did a remarkable job with the colour and cut. I am so thrilled to have found her! She is kind, talented and highly skilled.

The Shop Beauty Bar is an amazing addition to the Woodbridge community. Simona, Lily and the girls are very talented at their craft. I have had several services done there, from hair colour to laser hair removal, and they are all done professionally, with a smile. They are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. When I got my gel nails done with Stella they lasted 6 weeks without any chips. I get complimented on my hair all the time. Laser hair removal has changed my life. Thank you to everyone at The Shop, can't wait till my next appointment.
