H&R Block

I've been h&r block customer for 4 years and after last time will never go there again. Spend about 3 hours claiming 1 t4, paid about 400 bucks and got my taxes messed up big time.

I would give H&R Block a 0 stars if I could. I filed my taxes with them on Saturday. They told me to come between 12-5 the next day (Sunday) so I came at 12:30 on Sunday. There was one person ahead of me which is fine so I sat down and waited. The man working didn’t know how to do a refund and was on the phone with someone trying to figure it out. I sat there for an hour and a half before I decided to leave. I came back the following day after finishing work at 5:30 and got there at 5:40. I was denied service because there was only 20 minutes left. So now I am going to have to come back yet again after work tomorrow and hope that they will help me this time.I will never file my taxes through H&R Block again. How are you going to have someone working by himself who doesn’t even know how to do the job and has to have someone walk him through it on the phone? Absolute garbage service and I urge anyone to go literally anywhere else. Thank you so much for wasting my time H&R Block.

Waited over 2 hours for a guy who couldn’t keep up then left.

Had an appointment to do my taxes here for 10:00 waited since 945. 10 comes around nobody's at the kiosk. 10:05 comes and the lady casually walks into the kiosk winter jacket on purse in hand. Computers not started nothings ready. I told her I made an appointment elsewhere and that it's unacceptable to be late. My time is Valuable. H&R will not be reciveing me as a return customer as I have been for the last 13 years next year.

Zero stars, no stars.Wouldn’t recommend this place.The lady done a horrible job, filling out my information was completely incorrect. And wasn’t very professional. However I did clear up any inconvenient with CRA. Thank you CRA for your help!Please go 940 Albert st for H&R Block recommend Leo Li.
