Great service. As with most places, they are fielding a short-handed team -- so booking in for service can require a fair bit of lead time. But the service team is great, reliable, and so far, hasn't let me do anything I didn't need to for my low-maintenance vehicle. Pricing is fair, charges are legit, and although the time estimates are always a little optimistic, they're usually within 30 minutes of being accurate. I've even pulled in for a quick chat about my air filter, had them help me find and deal with the very minor issue, and send me on my way without charging a cent.If I could take off just a half-star, I would, because the waiting area for clients is so abysmal. No Wifi (there's a note with the network name and log-in details, but the guest Wifi itself is down, and has been for ages). Coffee area is an afterthought, as is most of the seating in the room. The guy at the counter near the waiting area is rather unhelpful and let's say a few degrees short of warm and welcoming". But this is really all just an annoyance

My second Jeep Wrangler and I’ve been having some troubles but the service team has really shown that they shine. Lucas is the man and Aidan is 2nd best awesome too. Truthfully I’ve dealt with the entire service team now and I appreciate the time and attention they have given to resolving the problem. It would be hard for me to drive anything other that a Wrangler because they are so unique and fun to drive but it’s the service team I’ve come to know that has made some problems just a light inconvenience instead of me pulling my hair out. Dealing with car issues as a Jeep owner is no fun and can cause extreme anxiety, especially if you've dealt with Harris prior. I am truly so thankful that almost every person I know in the car biz recommend going to Wille as soon as I started having Transmission Error pop ups. The service team was so friendly, transparent and FUNNY during this stressful situation. I have to give a special shout out to James for being so compassionate and kind. I can not recommend Wille Dodge enough!Thank you so much for everything!

I called Wille Dodge service department as i was having trouble with engine codes on my Jeep , fearing the worst! a electrical gremlin !!- I was told they are booked up, but the nicest man named James said he could squeeze me in.Dropped Jeep off afterhours , fearing the worst ! The very next day , I was told it was ready and fixed!!, problem solved, they offered me a cab to come get it ( super thoughtful and unexpected ) I didn't require a cab . when I went to pick up jeep, I met James - very professional- he went over everything in great detail and was very kind. not only was jeep repaired at a reasonable cost, they also rotated my tires, topped up all of fluids, inspected everything and provided a detailed list of what was done. Bar none this is the best service I have ever received anywhere! I will highly recommend Wille Dodge and their exceptional service department! James went above and beyond for me and I am a grateful happy customer!! Thank you all !

Make sure you ask ALL the questions ahead of time. You will be charged hundreds of dollars, on top of labor fees, for every little thing they do. I'm 300$ out of pocket for just pulling my door panel apart, and they super glued a piece together without telling me, and charged me 75$ for it. You can see the super glue everywhere. Absolutely will not return for service.

I purchased a 2023 jeep wrangler from this dealership and was so pleased with everything about it. Chris hoeg made it so much fun and smooth when shopping for a new vehicle and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! So far the jeep has been absolutely amazing and look forward to all the adventures with it.
