Gary was a phenomenal home inspector. I truly couldn’t recommend him more. He was incredibly thorough and detail oriented, easy to work with and so personable. Essential Property Inspections
We hired Gary to do a home inspection and it was absolutely the correct choice. Gary was very knowledgeable, explained the process, deficiencies and pointed out lots of good things as well. He is very detail oriented and found lots of items that we hadn’t noticed even after living there for some time. The inspection report was inclusive of photos and comments in understandable language. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a home inspection!

When we were starting our house buying process a lot of people told me they found the house inspection to be a waste of money and pointless. I wholeheartedly agree they just didn’t use the right person for the job.Gary was quick and efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our report was ready quickly and he debriefed us in person with the most “urgent” of items we should do upon possession.The portal that is setup for each client is amazing, and displays the report in a user friend way, along with pictures.I would highly recommend Gary and Essential Property Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection. The inspection conducted of our home by Gary was complete and detailed. Gary went over all that was included in his report and further commented on what to watch for in the future.
