Light-Therapy sessions Testimonial:I have tried a multitude of different modalities of therapy for self care and well being. I have not tried anything like Light Therapy before. I had found out about Maggie’s practice through a friend that had been having light-therapy sessions with her and had encouraged me to try it out. My first session with Maggie was wonderful. When the first session was completed and Maggie had assessed me before and after and asked how I had felt, I wasn’t sure how to describe it. Shortly after I’d left the practice, I went down to the beach to reflect on my treatment. Now, normally, after some time I would have to keep busy so as not to be swept off by my overactive thinking. I had, instead, found myself feeling a deep sense of peace that I hadn’t experienced before. I felt that I could sit with myself for prolonged periods of time, since that initial treatment, in complete peace without my mind taking over. It has greatly changed my life-style choices because of this and I have been many times since then as each time seems to reveal new outcomes for each visit.I would recommend others try this modality with Maggie.
