Like many new vehicles there are kinks to be resolved. From the time of my appointment to the day of my appointment a part had come in. Instead of having to make another appointment it was easily added to the scope of work that was being done. As we are all busy I completely appreciated the positive outlook of the service team. The sales and the service departments have both been very good but my experiences with the body shop have been an exercise in frustration.Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for minor repairs on my vehicle. The earliest slot they could offer was nearly a month away. I booked a timeslot and scheduled time off work in order to bring my car in. Less than 24 hours prior to my appointment, they called to cancel, saying only they were at capacity" and that the next available time slot was more than 3 weeks later.I made it clear that the situation was unacceptable and that I'd been forced to burn vacation time for my scheduled appointment

I just want to say this is one of my best experiences with buying a car from a dealership ever. My sales representative Nick was awesome from the moment I walked in the dealership to want to order my Bronco Raptor to delivery. Answered all my questions diligently and honoured the original price of the invoice even though the price had increased when I first ordered. Picking up the vehicle was a great experience as well. Everyone there was super friendly and there to help you. It’s a family owned dealership that wants to its best for its customer. If you need any Ford product your first stop should be Metro Ford.

Sent my F-150 2021 for services and ford don’t have loaner truck or car so they send you to enterprise rental car which have no inventory.They tried to get me into at Chevrolet spark, what a joke.Now spending my morning getting into a different rental agency for a suv.Disappointing all right!My old dealership had loaner trucks for people servicing trucks.
