The wait time isn’t so bad but the staff is awesome

Pharmacy's good. It's amusing to read the two 1-star reviews by people complaining about the walk-in clinic.They must be of rather low intelligence. This is the pharmacy. It's not related to the walk in clinic. That has it's own review page under Ontario Street Medical Centre.

Had a very good experience with the walk-in clinic. I need to see a Dr. to get a prescription refill. The Dr. was very quick to follow up. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Came to the walk-in clinic to get a quick perscription refill. Waited 30mins in an empty waiting room to be called into the exam room. Only to be forgotten there after waiting another 30mins for the doctor. Only after the 20min mark did someone come and peek into the room to see me waiting there and then quickly slam the door on me before i could even finish sayig hi".I figured comming here would be quicker than going to my family doctor accross town... clearly i was wrong. I will never be comming back here again. Oh... and yes i am still in the room waiting to see the doctor while i hear them calling in more patients. I had time to write this entire review twice (the first got deleted by accident) before someone would attend to me."

Friendly staff and wait times are not usually long. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

I have been using this Pharmacy since they opened and their service is excellent. The staff here always goes above and beyond! They make sure that you understand your prescriptions and that you are comfortable with your medications, dosing etc.They offer delivery as well which is a bonus especially when you are not feeling good and can't make it to the pharmacy. I also get my medication put in blister packs which makes it much easier to stay on track. I just think these guys are the best and I tell everybody about. So if you're looking for a great Pharmacy this is definitely the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

Rude when I saw the doctor he shut me out and would not do his job they belittle the patients. Doctor Simon is a joke
