I want to send my thanks and gratitude to a few crew members of the service department at Sterling Ford. I met with Chad who quickly diagnosed my problem from only a video on my phone. Tim and Louise got me set up with a service appointment the next available day. They got me home safe with the shuttle driver, a very kind gentleman with whom I had a nice conversation on the way. (sorry i never did get his name). Tech #1932 took care of my vehicle, made things right and I am very happy. They are really good people, knowledgeable and understanding. I Had my Ford Escape in for detailing and was handled by Tim Burke. I found him to be very professional and helpful. The job was done at the time promised and I was indeed impressed with the attention given by the Stirling Ford Staff.

Called to get my transmission fluid replaced. They had good reviews so I thought I'd try them out.Service lady gave me some run around how it wasn't needed at 200K for my 2019 f150. The book states get it done every 60K

Sterling Ford Service Centre has gone over the moon in helping with a chronic problem. Our 2017 Explorer developed a strange yet distinctive metallic grinding sound. The assistant service manager was brought in to assist and worked with devotion and commitment that our vehicle worked to our satisfaction. This experience was nothing like we've experienced before and Louie and his team deserve all our gratitude and thanks.

Hi Ya, well Ive owned a variety of vehicles from dodge to Toyota and while satisfied with Toyota and really ot interested in Ford I can officially say I'm a Ford Guy now. Sterling Ford were amazing throughout my purchase (used F150 out of Toronto) long before I even purchased a vehicle. Once I purchased I gave it to Sterling for a go over and from Reception (Louise) to the Service Mgr (Tim) to the Service Technician (Jessie) and finally to the Warranty Mgr (Jessica) I was kept informed and included in my vehicles progress.A great experience and I would highly recommend Sterling Ford!Sincerely,Daniel

I’ve been dealing with Sterling service for many years now and have very good relations with the service management and team. Recently I had an urgent repair situation and Sterling was booked solid. Tim Burke(service advisor) and team, were able to take care of my unexpected engine servicing needs last minute, I’m very appreciative for it. I’ve been coming to Sterling Ford for over a decade and seen the overall improvements over the years (customer service & service management). I’ve had good experiences with Tim, Pam, Amir, Louis, Chad, and Louise; the Service Team is friendly, respectful and accommodating.

I am from out of town and recently had a sudden issue with my Ford truck. I called the service department on a Saturday and they were able to look at the truck and fix the issue. I was lucky it was not a serious problem and very happy they were able to look at it that day. The people were awesome to talk to, very courteous, able to go back home in time.
