Great service. The team is attentive to details, responsive and the mobile signature service is a great convenience. Glenn was punctual, flexible, charismatic and explained all the paper work right on our living room... at 9PM on a Friday (due to our busy schedule that day). I am using Real Estate Lawyers for my Selling and Purchasing and its been so easy and the lawyers are so down to earth. But wasnt keen on the lack of communication, I was informed by the seller that she had the keys so I moved in right away, End of the day I get a email that the seller was in the park and had the keys, Imagine if I waited for that email for the keys when I was paying movers hourly I wouldnt have been happy.

So far so good. They've been extremely polite and responsive every time I've had to call or contact them. The process to hiring them and providing documentation is quick and easy. The only downside is that I've had to follow up a few times with phone calls. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Mark Weisleder and his team make real estate transactions very easy. Everyone is very responsive and the process very organized, they provide clear instruction for every step. We simply sent our documents over for our purchase and sale and they handle the rest. Virtual signing was even simpler than mobile signing from the past, a quick zoom meeting to go through the paperwork, ask questions and sign electronically via DocuSign. This was my third transaction handled by the team at realestatelawyers.ca, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We close next week and the process has been SO easy. They are very quick to respond and made it really straightforward for us to get all of our paperwork in. I would absolutely use them again for buying/selling a house!

They handled everything that needed handling, and were very upfront about the process. They responded quickly to emails, and were available on the Sunday long weekend just before our closing, which was very helpful.We needed to make a few changes throughout the process, and they were very quick at helping us with them.The review was solicited as part of a discount, but they did not have any input into the review, and were not informed of the content.
