I used their service to clean a very long dryer duct with 2 elbow along with an inline booster fan. This installation is more complex than normal but, I told them about it when first contacting them.The staff were very friendly and professional and, they seemed to know what they were doing.Looking into my duct after they left (using an endoscope), they cleaned very well the part of the duct close to the exterior vent but, looking closer to the dryer there was as much lint as before the cleaning.I think that, for simple installation, they'll do a great job but, for more complex one, stay away from them. They don't have the tools necessary to correctly do their job and are unable to even do basic QA after they're done.This was 170$ down the drain for me and now, I have to find a more competent cleaner to redo the job.

Had bird nests in several dryer ducks that blocked the good function of the tennants dryers. Had them clean 5 exits including a bathroom fan exhaust. It was quick and very efficient. Very happy of the work done.

A company I would recommend and use again. They were quick to call me back and book an appointment date. They reassured me on the safety of the cleaning products used. The day they arrived to clean, they took and showed me before and after pictures of inside my vents. The two workers were on time. They work quickly. They are very neat and clean. They were polite and the explained the process well.

I had an old couch cleaned. Ahmed (technician) explained the process and asked many times during process to look and see if I was satisfied. He explained that not all my stains would come out. He did remove more than I thought would be possible. At the end we did a walk around to see if I was satisfied. His service was amazing. Customer service even asked if I was satisfied. This was my first time using this company, and it definitely will not be the last. Highly recommend this company.

They forgot a little spot but it's ok, very professional technicians. Will call them back for next time.
