Domino's Pizza

I used to work at dominos but not this location. They constantly do not pay attention to detail of orders. They constantly mess up and get it wrong.When I have forgotten items to deliver to a customer I will immediately go back to the store and find a solution. They do not seem to care about solutions and are extremely rude in saying the customer is wrong.Would not recommend. Get McDonalds instead lol.

Disappointed. Very poor customer service. Ordered a pizza via online and received a text notification that my delivery was on its way approx. 25 minutes after placing the order however, an hour goes by and I had yet to receive my order. I phoned the store directly and was placed on hold and waited for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. I phoned back and was told that my order had read it was delivered - which was not the case. I was placed on hold for a second time, for quite some time, and again was hung up on. I was never able to speak to anyone at the store further; I just want a refund.

Customer service was horrible. Lady at the counter was very rude and aggressive. Used to be favourite location for pizza night.me or any of my friends are visiting again ever :((Hope management helps to improve.

I placed an order online for carry out. When I arrived at the store they lady at the front ask me if I placed a selected time and I told her no there was no option. She kept questioning me as if I didn’t know how to place an order AND after I showed her my phone showing that the pizza was ready for pick up. Then she realized that maybe another employee must have given my pizza to another customer. She said she would make another pizza and I would have to wait 10 mins. I’m already annoyed because of the fact that she made it seem like I didn’t place the order properly and then telling me I have to wait another 10 minutes to make another pizza.The lady was using the phone and handling the cash register. She starts making my pizza without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands before making my pizza. This is unacceptable and un-hygienic to be handling the dirty phone as well as the computer and then making my food that I’m going to eat and my family as well.I don’t recommend coming here unless you place the order in store and watch them as they make your pizza.

Terrible service on the weekend past. We gave explicit albeit careful directions to the house ... waited and waited, no pizza ... call the store to find put driver couldn't find it ... they send a new driver with the same cold pizza ... they had it 'square' cut, when we prefer wedge cut. Very disappointing...

Decent food. Customer service is slightly lacking.The pizzas were a little overdone. The toppings were slightly short. The overall experience was sub par.Policy driven and not customer oriented at all. Would not recommend over several other pizza vendors around.

Ordered Domino's last night for a gathering, and it was just awful.I ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak pizza as a large feast special for 16.99 and it wasn't worth it. The pizza was dry (not enough provolone base), and the toppings were sparse.The second pizza was an XL create your own that I ordered as a BBQ Chicken pizza. The pizza was all dough and it was seriously lacking chicken and bbq taste. For spending over $50 on premium toppings and tipping the delivery driver, at least the driver was a good guy.I won't be ordering from this location anymore.
