The Laser Skin Clinic recommended RF micro-needling treatments for the loose skin on my stomach. I was excited to have found a laser clinic near me to have some pigmentation removed. I used the online booking feature and received a text from an individual who didn’t identify themselves but I assumed was reception and was all booked in. I Arrived before my appointment to find the door padlocked so I called the number provided on their Google page and spoke with a very kind man named Vic who apologized for the mix up and let me know I had been booked in at the wrong location but he would be happy to help me and gave me his email so he could forward to the person who was going to provide my treatment. Half an hour goes by and I receive a text from the same number berating me for not contacting them when I called the number that is listed. No apology for wasting my time and still wouldn’t let me know who I am communicating with. Unprofessional to say the least.
