Economical Insurance

I went with sonnet for multiple policy’s , 2 vehicle and 2 homes , they are under economical. This has to be the worst insurnace company I’ve ever dealt with. Been with them for years , my truck gets stolen , what a process , they issued my settlement cheque in the wrong name , when I called the adjuster he pretty much said we paid it’s out of our hands it’s on you !! After 2 weeks arguing with banks to get the cheque cashed I had it done then right after the cheque was cleared sonnet dropped me as a client. And they won’t tell me why, no tickets no accidents no missed payments just a claim for my truck being stolen. They won’t say why what the reason is but says it’s not to do with the claim. Now purchased a new truck and having a hard time getting insurnace because they won’t give the reason for the release/ non renewal. What a complete joke. Stay away from them. As for all my other policy as soon as they’re up for renewal I’m slowly switching from them.

Terrible insurance company ever i had in my life . never picks up your calls , never reply's your emails . just ignores you .no idea how could you do that . its been 2 months . nothing is really done . i am still waiting for a single document for my car finance company to deposit my money . no response ...... calling for weeks no response .and also find out my adjuster made some mistakes that doesnt know what is she doing .OMG what kind of company allow this to happen? what kind of irresponsible adjuster they have ? totally irresponsible of their own fault of non action process.Horrible , Horrible .

as everyone says here ..this company is the worst..refusing to fix my truck,, the time my car was spent in the shop waiting on the appraiser Brian to look at it..over 2 months.. and they expect me to pay..for the storage of my truck...lol..I have them in court...civil court....I suggest you all represent yourself and take them to court if your feeling like they are taking advantage of you..that is exactly what I did....will update once process is finished..but they are a very sad insurance company...do not use and if you do ,don't be upset when they treat you as they did all the others on the comments review section DO NOT USE ...i rather sell my cars and walk THEN let you insure my care..I HAD TO PAY THE SHOP OUT OF MY OWN MONEY AND REPAIRES CAME OUT OF MY POCKET..SEE YALL IN COURT.....PS IT SEEMS THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO DEFINITY INSURANCE SO WATCH OUT...SAME MONSTER IN A NEW LOOK....

Another insurance company with ZERO customer service. Got a call a month ago with a claim number, been trying to get ahold of my agent/rep ever since. Today is the 9th time I've called and left a message. No return call as of yet. Call the 1-800 number to explain to them I need someone else and I get the runaround and put on hold only to be disconnected after 20 minutes.Paying absurd amount of money for insurance only to get no service when I need it.Ridiculous.

Worst insurance company that I ever had. Takes over more than 1.5 months for the 1st process of the claim. Insurance never sent any adjuster to my designated garage repair shop for any follow up; nor any approval to go ahead for repair during that waiting period of 1.5 months. Economical insurance refused to cover the car rental full payment during the whole period of the repair time (from the 1st day waiting period till end of the repairs ended; had only paid cover up to 3 weeks). Adjuster does not responsible for their own fault that process wasn’t actioned in the beginning of the 1.5 months. Totally irresponsible of their own fault of non action process.

Warning to all people looking for insurance. Stay away from economical at all costs. Jennifer (last name won't be added due to privacy), has been terrible to work with. Absolutely zero customer service and not to mention delays.

They are the worst insurance company in the world. They find every way ,reason and excuse not to pay in accident situations !! Would not recommend

Very poor and slow service. One of garbage insurance company.please stay away from Economical Insurance. No one reply back to your emails or phone calls. Low grade service may be they don't know what is customer service is.

Won't be using them when it's time to renew poor communication between swoop and economical I had issues with my bank called them up to make a manual payment which they received but instead of letting economical know they attempted to take the money out of my account causing NFS fees to occur all round just been a hassle

They are SCAMMERS.. am going to POST this on social media on all platforms so that everyone can avoid these guys..Strucked with a claim for more than 2 months.. nobody picked up call.. nor any call back..Am going to take legal action also..Good luck if u still thinking to buy their insurance..
