This is a wholesale drapery business, my wife dropped in to see if they could help her with our window coverings. They asked what she wanted to achieve, then sold her a whole system complete with all the bits and pieces. Very helpful, nice people

Terrible experience. I would not want to deal with this company as a supplier or distributor, given the poor customer service that they showed to us - innocent people who drove across town to see them - and the way in which they were treating one of their retailers, in my opinion. I've never written a review on Google before, despite being all over social media -- but I'm doing it today, based on my experience with this company. I am the owner of an international business and this is not the kind of response I would want from any business with which I would deal, in my opinion.
