We at McElheran's Furniture + Design have been working with Concept Homes for many years to furnish the STARS Lottery homes as well as some of their showhomes. They not only build a really nice quality home but as a family business you can tell that they care about their customers.They are professional and I would not hesitate to say that if you build with them they will look after you. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

Concept Master Builders built my family’s dream home in 2019. Before choosing them, I had done my research over the course of 3 years. The key pointers that ultimately made me confidently go with Concept is(are) that they are rated A+ on BBB, a family owned business since more than 50+ years and they build the STARS lottery homes! I want to name specific people that deserve recognition. First of all Margot. I would see her in the show home office all the time and she is the one that went thru every step with us from architectural planning, to paper work, to trade appointments to everything! I want to highlight that she is extremely patient, so welcoming and I never felt rushed or pushed by her to get anything done. It was our first time building a custom house and it was because of her that I learned so much. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was involved in the building process and I am sure I gave them a hard time, but they never made me feel it and always listened to what I had to say. Margot has literally become part of the family and I see many more years of great friendship with her. Jacquie is the interior designer and master. I had a vision for what I wanted my home to be and she helped me bring it to life. She sourced whatever it was just to show me my options no matter what I had in my mind. She also is incredibly patient and would meet me for appointments even when she didn’t need to, just to help me! She was also very considerate of our budget and I never felt pushed by her. I love her confidence and the whole time, it felt like she was building her own house. She was as excited as I was! Last but not least, Darrell. He is the supervisor/superintendent and construction expert for Concept. I don’t know where to begin, just like Margot and Jacquie, Darrell was always patient with us, extremely knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. In the past, we had a very bad experience in our townhouse with another company and we had much fears and Darrell put all those fears to rest. He is very detailed in his work, clean and ALWAYS on time! They met all their predicted timeless of building stages and Darrell involved us every step of the way. He never made me feel annoyed at the many questions and texts Id send him even after we moved in. Always gracious and quick to respond. His wealth of knowledge is amazing. He is a real asset to Concept. There have been a few stressful times with Concept but everything was always sorted out quickly and it was because we all cared very much about the construction. They are very proud of their work and they don’t mass produce homes like those big companies that produce hundreds in a year. They produce a select number of homes each year to maintain the detail and workmanship and quality and it shows! This review is already long enough and I can easily keep going. I promise this is not a paid review and there is no incentive at all. Praise and good words need to be given where it is due and deserved. The house is well built, comfortable and spacious. We loved the personalized convenience of working with concept homes and it was really easy to get everything set up. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with showings and never made you wait on paperwork. I'd recommend them to anyone searching for their next worry free family home.

I had the pleasure of renting a townhome from Concept Homes in 2020/2021. The home was beautifully designed and a perfect fit for our family of 3. We rented their property at Legacy Pointe, located in North Edmonton. Marion was the property manager for our rental. She was amazing to coordinate with and made moving in / out so seamless! Some perks of our rental agreement included snow removal and lawn maintenance. Concept Homes made it known they cared about their properties and the people living in them during our stay. We had a small issue with the garage pad not working, and they had someone out to fix it the same day. If it wasn’t for a job relocation, we would have loved to stay longer. Thank you to Marion, Rick and Concept Homes for making our stay within your property so welcoming and pleasant. This is the first time I can say that I have felt that a landlord went above and beyond for their tenants. Thank you again!
