Not a helpful place, pharmacist did not seem to know a lot about anything. You would think with the signage out front that they would have excellent service or even common knowledge. Asked for an oral syringe to administer children’s Tylenol to my three year old and the person behind the counter was trying to give me needle syringes, to which I replied I wasn’t putting that in my child’s mouth. Disgusting

Tried getting a prescription sent here as it is close to home. Dr office tried faxing three times, didnt work, they tried calling them 3 times, no answer. We have tried calling for 3 hours to ensure they got the fax and to see when it would be available. No answer, for three hours.

Very cute store. An employee came up to me asking if I needed any help, I didn't but she was social distancing. So I appreciated that. They had exactly what I needed hair dye wise (5.50$). They did not have manic panic, but had an alternative that worked well. They had a wide variety of skin care products, which I also appreciated as some skincare products are harder to find then others. They only use paper and reusable bags, which again is another plus. I had a rewards card, that I found out was not registered but the cashier was extremely helpful in trouble shooting and was very informative. They also bad a WIDE variety of press on nails which is another big plus. I have never been to this store prior, but will definitely come again.

Hi, my wife sent me to the Rexall to fill my prescription. She said that the nice ladies at the pharmacy would help me. They go above our expectations, very nice to me and so smart. It was so busy, but the nice ladies still acknowledged us right away and I thought that was so awesome. She knew that I had meds to get me by and offered to get my presciption for me if I would care to wait. I said tomorrow was fine and She again offered for prompt service, so nice. I will send my friends and family, highly recommended thank you

Okay, I love the deals that you can get at Rexall. But, on two occasions, I have had to make complaints about their security.The first was a gentleman, who as soon as I came into the store followed me everywhere, making no attempts to be stealthy at all. When I went to wait in line, (after being followed everywhere around the store in close proximity) I then pretended that I forgot something, then literally ran all the way back to the pharmacy area, only to hear him run after me, then I ran back to the front till area, where he ran back to the front after me, and watched me intently as I checked out. I was appalled by this, so I just nicely asked to speak to the manager, she Apologized, said she will be having a word with that security company. I thanked her, and presumed the problem dealt with.Then about 2 weeks ago, I go into the store, there is literally no one else in the store. When uppon entering I immediately see a guy dressed in odd clothes ( baggy sweats and hoodie) who just starts picking up random items, then putting them down again, barely looking at them, no cart or basket with him either.I thought ; Okay

I just picked up a package and also made a purchase. The cashier Carr-lee was absolutely Awesome! I have not experienced a cashier that helpful and friendly for quite sometime! Carr-lee You Are Awesome!!!

Used to have such great staff and service at the pharmacy. Now they never have my medications in stock, never fill them on them. It shouldn’t take 5 phone calls and 2 visits over 5 days just to get a prescription filled! Half the staff there now can’t speak English well and can’t spell my name right, tell me I don’t have refills when I do. I am permanently disabled and take a number of prescriptions and my husband has to pick them up because I’m too ill to do it and he’s getting fed up with going there to find out they didn’t bother to fill a prescription I dropped off 4 hours earlier or called in 2 days earlier!!! We are seriously switching from pharmacies despite having a 2 block drive up now to a 12 block drive if we switch to Shoppers Drug Mart but at least the service will be professional and timely

I work in a doctor's office, we can NEVER get the pharmacy to answer the phone. urgent matters get left because we can never get through to a pharmacist. no one answers. no voicemail no message manager just rings and rings and rings. I will be switching ALL our patients who use the pharmacy to somewhere else. what a joke.
