Taber Pet Clinic

We've taken our baby girl here for the last 5.5 years since moving to Taber. The staff is kind and considerate and they give great care for your babies when they need to stay for treatments. If your pet has special dietary needs they bring the food for you. On our final visit they gave us and our 20yr old kitty the dignity and respect we needed. Privacy for the initial mourning and as much time for final good-byes.If one day we have a pet again we'd be happy to bring them here for medical care.Thank you for all your love and care for our pets.

We've always taken our small animals to see Ceaser and we've never been disappointed. The pricing and service are very good for most procedures.

I would like to share a negative experience I had with Taber Vet clinic. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have always trusted them with my pets' care. Unfortunately, during my last visit in December, I expressed concerns about my pet's mobility and asked for further investigation, including X-rays and blood tests. The clinic recommended medication, but I requested a prescription since I could obtain it at a lower cost through my work benefits. However, despite paying $20 for the prescription, the clinic refused to give it to me because they believed my employer wasn't authorized to fill it. Despite my frustration, I requested to speak with the clinic manager, but received no response or explanation for their actions. As a long-time loyal customer, it is disappointing to feel like my patronage and my pet's welfare were not valued, especially after 11 years of loyalty and spending over a thousand dollars at their clinic.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The vets are kind and straightforward.

I paid for visit and medicine and test included a total of $410.92. A week later my dog doesn't seem to be improving but rather keeping the same symptoms. Called the clinic and I was asked to pay $45 more! For follow up within a week!!!!! No question asked not even thinking the medicine prescribed is not working in my dog's case. Clearly money over care. Amazing they didn't even answered my email inquiring about. I'm upset because they clearly show their priorities. Very very desapointing.

Took my dog in December for her shots and ended up getting some extra tests ran and paid around $800. All was fine but we had asked about some medication cream we had been prescribed by a previous vet while we were there. The vet said that wouldn't be a problem for us to continue to get this medication. We were under the impression they were going to order some in for us. Two weeks later no word from them so we called and they informed us we would have to bring our dog back in before they could give us the medication. We refused to pay an extra vet bill for this so got some from our previous vet. Skip to 3 months later I try to phone to book my other dog in for a teeth cleaning and they inform me our dogs records have been transferred back to our previous vet without our knowledge. We have now been refused service at the pet clinic. Pretty awful customer service and now we are left without a vet for our two dogs.if you're looking for a new vet do NOT pick Taber pet clinic.
