The property manager Zubin has been very responsible of all time. He is responsive to emails, phone calls, etc, and always tries to have problems fixed within a short time frame. He genuinely cares about residents. I can’t appreciate him more for being such an awesome property manager.

Horrible experience today at 21 Clairtrell road. Found out that two people entered my unit without proper notice, and it was not a emergency. They tried to give us notice by making it very broad, and when asked about clarity I was ignored by email. I feel unsafe and unprotected by this company. I feel it is my duty to share this experience with everyone including the media. Another unit came home to a repairman in her unit without a security guard.

I own a townhouse at Confederation way at Old Thornhill Complex, since 2002 and I do see significant improvement in property management since Zubin from Times Property Management took over the property management of our condominium.My recent experience is a testament to my statement above:This past Saturday when I arrived at my townhouse, I found out that someone else parked in my drive way. I had heavy garden supply and needed to unload and I really did not know what to do, especially during weekend. I sent an email to Zubin, and inless than 10 minutes, he found the car owner and called them to move their car.This is not the first time that Zubin helped me, he has always been responsive, understanding and helpful.My Kudos to Zubin and the rest of Times property Management team
