great selection and prices. But their house juices seem to be a letdown. 2nd full 120ml I've thrown out due to harshness and poor flavouring or nicotine choice.

Nice store. As someone whose used to live in ON, I’m astounded by the amount of interference by government on vaping here. Can’t taste test stuff, and it appears nobody in Moncton Carrie’s innokin coils!I did find a decent fruit flavoured juice here, thanks to a helpful staff member.

Bought a vape, didn’t know how to turn it on. Came back to the store, they told me that i have to contact the manufacturer ! Bought another one because i was in hurry and just open it to see if it’s button is working. Same problem occurred , searched on google and found how it works. I asked them to return it since its not used and everything still as new!! Rejected!! What a bad experience!In their reply they mentioned that due to covid (we are in june 2022 ) they are unable to return the device. Though when customer asks them about the non-working device, they can check it at least instead of asking him to contact the manufacturer and buy a new one. The problem was so easy to solve by 5 fast timesx press on the power button. They direct the customer to buy a new one (just opened the box, never used, everything still in its place in the box) and them reject to refund or return after 22 minutes of buying.. that’s should be reported
