My wife and I were interested and keen in learning how to invest into more real estate properties. After investigating several other real estate investment organizations, we were highly recommended to seek out Rock Star real estate. And we are so happy we did. We are so thankful to have Josh Arnett as our mentor, leader and partner. He takes the time to listen and understand our investment needs and goals. He is quick to respond, to educate, encourage, and help us set up the systems needed to accomplish our goals. Josh is always up to date with his knowledge of market trends, financing and establishing what a good investment opportunity looks like. We had Charles Li as our real estate agent and I could not have been more impressed with him. I am a lawyer who has dealt with many agents over the years for various family real estate transactions, and Charles was one of the best with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working! When we first met him, we were not sure if we wanted to buy or rent a small property in the west end. After spending time with him and learning about Rock Star, we decided to purchase a small investment property instead under his guidance. Charles had the expertise, experience and contractor connections for us to feel comfortable enough to buy our first investment purchase. Christina Rodrigues was our realtor and she was a ROCKSTAR! My fiance and I were looking to rent our first home together and Christina helped us quickly and efficiently by asking the right questions and narrowing her search to fit our criteria. Even helped us with finding good contractors when we needed some repairs.It's a full service brokerage for buying and selling properties. How different my life would've been had I met Rockstar earlier. But, Rockstar is legit. They're a real estate brokerage whose only goal is to help us escape the rat race in the safest and securest way possible - through real estate.As a member, I've enjoyed the help of my real estate coach, Dan Janervic who has given me all the contacts I need to get my rental properties fixed up and tenanted. In fact, when I close to closing the house and doing my due diligence on my first house with Rockstar, he had already asked a trusted inspector and tradesmen to visit the house to give their advice on the feasibility of making it a rental property. If Rockstar does anything well, it is making you feel safe in the whole prospect of entering real estate investing. If I could leave 6 stars out of 5 I would. Hands down the best real estate experience we have had. Dan Jarnevic was professional and knowledgeable and personally involved. He answered all of our questions and gave his opinion as though he was the buyer and put our best interests first. He went above and beyond in our search and assessment of listings, and then directed us to all the right people. The whole process was so easy and I would only go back to him!
