I just noticed someone posted a 1 star review without any information. My experience with this store has been extremely good. When we were looking for metallic thread a couple of years ago, that would run in our sewing machines, someone put together a few sample spools for us to pick up and try - no charge. We ended up scrapping the idea but I definitely remember the level of service.

Just received my order from Gunold. Excellent prices and fast shipping. My machine runs problem free with their thread and stabilizer. I'm getting better looking results with my designs. 10/10 would recommend their products!

Recently, started an embroidery business, coming back from Japan. Seems that Gunold has high density foam and titanium needle readily available (locally). Since coming back, this is my go to for these supplies!
