Had them come to deal with removing egg off of our 1 year old house, they used a high pressure and stripped the stucco as well as completely left a holeIn one part.Scott claimed it was not their problem and that I had to deal with it through my insurance, when asked to give me his insurance details he hung the phone up on me.I’ve never dealt with someone who conducted them selves in such an unprofessional manor

Stopped to grab a pack of smokes at the Huskie on Central and didn't have a lighter, this employee overheard me ask my co-worker for light and once he took notice my co-worker didn't have one .. not only did he step up but he offered me a pack of matches .. This young fella is all about customer service and I Appreciated That!

Their cleaner turned on the self-cleaning oven and left the property, locking the door behind them. The oven smoked, resulting in the fire department breaking down the door. Company was very difficult to deal with to remedy the situation.After 1 year and a small claims court mediation we reached an unsatisfactory settlement. Would not recommend.

The 2 guys who had come to do the actual work were good. The receptionist is overwhelmed I believe and hence is a bit sour. I had contacted them via Facebook and had to ping twice to receive a quote. After that no one showed up or informed as per the time agreed upon. The reason was rain and I accepted for the work not getting done but not happy about the bad communication. Only half the work was done on a later agreed day. Now it’s probably been a month then I get a call from the receptionist for the remaining services that I had requested and was agreed upon. When I said that I waited and got it done from someone else, the receptionist rudely replied “ you should have called first, we would have sent someone “ I don’t understand that comment when they were supposed to do it during the first visit itself. So I said that I will pay for the services that I actually took and the lady said that she will sent the invoice. I am still waiting. Tried calling and left a voicemail.Update: Got a call from the quality control manager and he did apologize for the experience I have had. Will try and give another opportunity next time whenever services required.

Be careful. they will send you mulitple quotes which you think are all different. you will agree on one and then when you get the bill they will add them all up and say 'you agreed'. it is really shameful. and they bring their own parts and charge 1000% of what it is worth.

I had my car stuck behind my work due to massive snow storm.Mason the site manager helped me free my trapped car from the 4ft drifts, open my iced over doors, then when my car wouldn't start he help me try boosting it with my booster pack.My battery was so dead that it drained my booster pack so he went to his truck and grabbed his booster pack and cables and thankfully got my car to start! While it was warming up he even cleared my windows!He then helped me dig out my tires and push my car off the snow mound that I was trapped on!He went above and beyond time after time! Definitely will be using them in the future!

Driver tailgated me home.Edit: Quality assurance got back to me quickly and concisely. The issue was dealt with, on both sides, and we came to good terms. I appreciate that they heard what I had to say, and what the driver had to say. Thanks

Note: I do not recommend this place at all, read below reason!I am very disappointed to share this review.I am a Senior Manager for the Province for a reputable firm therefore sad to see this low level of service.I called this place as my neighbor uses their service, the lady who works in the office seems like she doesn't care about customer service at all.I first called their office last Tuesday and asked for a quotation which they gave right away and mentioned someone will be there at my place on Thursday to get the work done.On Thursday till late afternoon no one showed up so when I called the office they said the guy who was supposed to come didn't show up for work as was sick, my question is, why do I have to call, isn't it their responsibility to call me as I am the customer?Then I was promised someone will be there on Friday, whole Friday gone, no one showed up so I called the office again and left a VM.On Monday, June 20th, I called the office at 11 asking what's going on the lady who always answer the call, casually replied she will call me after q pm and let you know when they can make it, WOW, this is how they treat the clients through which they are getting business.I am extremely disappointed and going forward I will let everyone one know of how this place takes care of their customers.

I am beyond grateful and impressed with the service these guys have provided!On Christmas Eve we had family coming over and our driveway was snowed in.I called Scott and within a couple hours our driveways were cleared. (We are outside of Saskatoon).Jason is back tonight so we can get out in the morning!Thank you so much!!!
