Mas and Paws Pet Resort

Amazing place for dogs, we are so lucky to have them and I feel 100% at ease leaving our girl here. It's such a warm welcoming place and I can only imagine how much fun the dogs have! I have recommended Maws and Paws to every dog owner I meet. Our girl comes home extra tired and always so happy. We appreciate the hours as they give us flexibility to drop off and pick up without having to rush. It's such an amazing place with incredibly clean facilities, tons of room and a schedule that keeps the pups happy! Would be a 1000000 star review! Thank you Maws and Paws!

We can't say enough good things about the care our Giant Schnauzer pup Otto has been receiving at Mas and Paws from both Janet and Leslie. We are currently bringing Otto daily for daycare and are amazed at how calm and quiet he now is in the evenings due to the many great play sessions he is having with the other dogs. This facility is spotless and very well set up. The dog park is wonderful giving the dogs ample room to roam. Both Janet and Leslie are so connected to what they are doing and you can tell they both love what they do. Otto loves coming here and we are very happy that we have found a place that we are so comfortable leaving him at. We would have no hesitation recommending Janet and Mas and Paws to anyone looking for daycare or boarding. Don't bother looking any further.......Karen & Reinhold

Can’t recommend this place enough! It is a beautiful, clean space and you can tell their #1 priority is the care and happiness of the dogs. They took such good care of my puppy while I was away and provided updates and pictures everyday. We will definitely be going back to Mas and Paws in the future!

Janet & the Team at Mas and Paws Pet Resort are an amazing group of humans who adore dogs and have the wellbeing of each and every single fur baby in their care as top priority. The best interest of my girls is ALWAYS their mission each and every time they are in their care. My girls are respected, treated as their own and they are so in tune with them and their behaviours and they notice even the slightest changes in their mood, etiquette and behaviour. Even more than that, they keep me informed and aware of all that is happening with my girls allowing me to work with my girls as things change. Janet and the Team continually provide my girls and me with the support and love to make sure that every day and experience is the most rewarding and that my girls are as happy as can be; this in turn makes me extremely happy and worry free when they are in the care of Mas and Paws Pet Resort. Our dog had been attending Mas and Paws for over a year regularly for daycare and previous boarding. It is a great property.However, on our most recent boarding experience we received an email after 3 nights advising that our dog was barking and not settling in his suite. Rather than working through a solution or providing options I was advised that Janice the owner had already spoken with a relative of ours surrounding our dog needing to be picked up that afternoon. It was noted she was waiting to hear back from us however, it was clear this was the only solution. Previously we had discussed barking/anxiety signs shown by our dog however this was months prior and nothing had been noted since with regular attendance occurring, leaving us to believe our dogs extensive surgery corrected his discomfort.Regardless if a dog is barking in suite or not this is not an acceptable reason to contact owners advising the pet needs picked up, especially when it is known they are out of country. Also, what would the outcome have been should a family relationship not be known to the facility? Regardless the responsibility of our pet should not have been burdened onto a relative as a result of barking.Save yourself the hassle and if going on vacation board your pet somewhere else or take the risk your day/trip will be ruined due to a dog barking at a kennel.

Mas and Paws is an amazing facility! My Westie Bentley has been going there since he was a puppy and is treated like a member of their own family. Bentley is excited to go there and comes home tired (but not exhausted). I have used both the day care and boarding services and am happy with both. I am able to travel without any worries about my dogs care and well being. Janet is very good about informing you about his day! I have recommended their services to several friends and they have all been very pleased!

If I could give Mas and Paws 100 stars, I would! This is such a wonderful company and their team is AMAZING! They are personable and professional and everything that you could hope for in a business - especially when it comes to your fur babies. You can tell that they genuinely love what they do and that the dogs they look after are their #1 priority. The property is beautiful and set up to ensure that the dogs will have everything they need and more! My dogs have separation anxiety and normally have a hard time being away from me and my family. When we drop them off at Mas and Paws though? They get so excited and don’t give us a second look - they run right off to have fun and are genuinely so happy to see the staff. 10/10 would recommend. They have my business for life!

Biggens has ALWAYS enjoyed his time at Maws and Paws and it has become his home-away-from-home. The facility is truly a dog resort and he is treated with the utmost of care and attention. On extended stays, I get regular updates of his stay along with photos of him playing with his friends! It is an amazing sense of comfort, knowing my dog is so happy and excited to spend time at Maws and Paws.

My puppy Leo loves Mas and Paws. I visited many different daycares and doggie hotels before I came across Mas and Paws. Janet and her staff truly care for your furry babies. Leo is a rescue and he has alot of anxiety. I appreciate the patience that Janet and her staff have with Leo. M&Ps is a gem.
