I had complaints about my telephone provider and internet provider and at first they told me they must provide paper billing it is the law and then after 1 month investigation they told me it's not correct they do not have to provide a paper bill therefore we have a government organization providing false hope and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they also told me there was none to contact a member of MP so I give the rating 0
