Really disappointing experience with this company. Slow responses and little to no follow up. Followup was rude and left me feeling like they did not care about me as a client. Based on my experience, you would be best dealing with a physical consignment store that is accountable and professional. The white glove service they offer is a lie.Regarding the app - it is buggy and unstable. If you plan to sell online save yourself the frustration of dealing with this NextdoorCloset and do it yourself using Poshmark (who has terrific customer service and are a pleasure a deal with) or do it yourself on Facebook marketplace and cut them out.
