From original quotation (which they were the best price of the 3 companies that quoted), to the selection of color, power wash preparation, and the finished product, Certa was professional, with a great group of guys. We're happy with the finished product!

We used CertaPro to repaint the exterior soffit, trims, gutters and garage door of our home. The staff were professional, timely and helpful in providing advice and recommendations. There are lots of painting companies out there and we have used a few over the years but CertaPro stands out as the most professional, reliable ad competitive in their pricing. Interior painting- walls and ceiling in majority of my place.The sales guy Matt, was amazing. Very professional and answered my texts in a timely fashion.The scheduling chick was also great and responded to emails quickly.My issue is with the actual paint job itself. Which is the most important part. The first day, the painters were hours late. Supposed to be at my place for 9am and didn’t show up until 2pm. So I feel like the job was rushed and that is why there were so many mistakes. I got new cabinets out in and they got paint on them. They did come back and luckily enough the paint came off without ruining my brand new cabinets.There was a strip between my bedroom door frame and wall that was not painted as well as my mantle above my fireplace. They painted between the door no problem. But told me my mantle was painted white so they repainted it white. This is not true. My mantle was the same colour as my walls, which was an off white. So likely why they were confused, but the painters had the audacity to tell me it was white before and not the same colour as my walls. Seriously?!? They did come back and paint my mantle.With all the drips and bulging paint on the corners in my place, they told me they were already there from before. I had my place professionally painted 4-5 yrs ago. There were not these mistakes there. And unfortunately nothing can be done now to fix them. So I’m stuck with it. Not pleased with the actual paint job in itself, especially for the money that I paid.I have attached some pictures. Most things were fixed when the painters came back. Like the paint on my new cabinets and my mantle. But a lot of the drips and bulging corners are still there.Some areas where it was painted is great. But there are a lot of areas where, for a professional paint company, should be better.

We had our condo painted by Certa Pro and they did an awesome job, thank you Alex. I would definitely recomend to anyone wanting painting done.

We have used many painters for our business properties, and none come close to the level of service, communication & professionalism that Gary and his team a CertaPro have given us. We couldn't recommend them enough, and they even worked nights and weekends to accommodate our business requirements. Pricing-wise we found them extremely competitive for what we would expect to pay for an average team, however we received a premium product.

The service was excellent and the repairs and painting were completed with a high level of quality. The final cost was within the original projection.
