The store is beautiful. I'm disappointed in myself for not having taken more photos. There's a tremendous selection in the staff are actually super duper helpful. This is unusual. The staff here are knowledgeable about the merchandise and have almost supernatural ability to be useful without being at all annoying. I highly recommend this store.

We ordered a pair of ski boots online, and they arrived without the footbed insole that is supposed to be there with the boot. I called the 1-800 line, and they told me it was a store issue (rather than central), as the item was shipped directly from a store, and that they would get the store to contact me. That was 1.5 weeks ago. I have emailed them 4 times, and tried to call both the store and the 1-800 line, and left messages, but nobody has gotten back to me. At the store level, their message says to 'call back' as they are dealing with high volume of calls, with no opportunity to leave a message. Not acceptable customer service levels. On the positive, the boots did arrive quickly, and they did have free returns if I needed. I just want the insoles that are supposed to be with the boot, or barring that, a custom insole to be provided....Would be great to actually have someone from the company get back to me to start with!!!! (update - after numerous calls and emails, they finally got back to me, and are sending a stock pair of replacement insoles - am sure this will be fine, but level of communication should be improved)

Awesome staff

Really bad experience. The sale staff sold us a $300 pair of sport sunglasses...that instantly fogs even in the summer. When trying to exchange the sunglasses (which clearly was a total rip off), la Vie Sportive completely refused any kind of arrangement. A total rip off. An honest business would replace a defaulting product...

Really wish I never tried to order from this company. Awful customer service that either ignored me or wasted my time. Not accommodating or helpful a single bit with my online order. We're happy to take my money and make me wait weeks for a response/refund bit would not offer to resend or give me a price match because I made my purchace durring a sale. Dismissive customer service who didint care less about me or my concerns. Never again would I buy anything from them even if it was free!

Staff seems friendly enough but with competing options nearby (Sail, sportium, MEC, etc...) this location ranks at the bottom depending on what you are looking for.

Very attentive. Looks like a good selection of snow equipment, should have looked here first but just bought pants, goggles, and gloves at Empire next door. LVS seemed to have a larger selection of snowboard gear, as well as ski and other sports. Thanks to our airline not delivering baggage we got to find this great place.

Amazing place. A lot of parking spot. Staff are super nice and the selection is massive and so diversified !

J'ai passé la même commande trois fois mais je ne l'ai jamais reçue. La première fois, on m'a informé que la commande était prête à être expédiée depuis l'entrepôt, mais il y avait un problème informatique qui causait des retards. Ensuite, la même commande a été annulée alors qu'elle était toujours en entrepôt et prête à être envoyée. J'ai appelé pour obtenir des explications et on m'a demandé de refaire la même commande, en expliquant que l'annulation était due au même problème informatique. Finalement, lors de la troisième tentative, ma commande a été remboursée deux semaines plus tard, sans aucune explication ni e-mail de justification

J’ai acheté mon vélo et quel service! Le personnel est compétent, courtois. Magalie qui m’a super bien conseillé et les gars de l’atelier sont tellement gentils et accueillants.
