Wrinkled

From start to finish, my experience with Wrinkled was amazing. I purchased a pair of Wilfred Daria pants in a medium. I am a new mom and have a pair of these pants in a size small. The convenience of being able to have the pants shipped to my door was a huge plus because it is tough for me to leave the house with my baby. I purchased the pants online seamlessly. Immediately my order was confirmed via email. My pants arrived promptly. They are in perfect condition. I would be shocked if they were worn at all. They came wrapped professionally with a printed receipt and smelled good (this is a selling point for me when purchasing second hand clothing). I will absolutely be shopping with Wrinkled again. Thank you!

I purchased an Aritzia winter with an offensive smell and I was shocked they would sell anything that would smell so rank. It took multiple washes with tide laundry soap to get rid of the smell. It also spread the smell to my car because my car ride was about half an hour from the store. My coat cost me 120 and it ended up making the zipper break because I had to wash so much. And I had had to throw out the fur trim because there was no way of cleaning it. It smelt like this time it had come directly from value village and not even washed. It looked pretty but someone from your store obviously assumed because it was from Aritzia someone would want it regardless.It didn’t smell like it had been washed by a strange soap, There was no care from your store too even pay enough attention to notice that discussing smell.

**New location tip!**Google maps routes you incorrectly to the back alley. The store front entrance is street level, facing Whyte ave. They now are located where Good Goods used to rent last winter if that helps. If you accidentally go to the alley, walk through Wood Rack Cafe, up the hallway, back to Whyte (grab a coffee on your way if you can, they're great). Keep walking west on the street and you'll see them 2ish shops down!

Consigning here is super easy! Great atmosphere and theres so many fantastic finds. The staff is always really welcoming and friendly. Really enjoy this store.

You wouldn’t know wrinkled is a consignment store at first glance. There’s so many items that are new with tags and the store is bright & clean. They have a beautiful space, with great fitting rooms (mirrors inside! I’ve never been a fan of the mirrors outside the fitting room layout). While it’s not as accessible as I’d like (no wheelchair / stroller ramp & steep flight of stairs) their online shop easily compensates as it’s easy to navigate.It was my first time consigning with them recently too. The whole process was streamlined and quick. I waited no longer than 5-8 minutes for the gals to go through my items. At the end I got a virtual itemized list of what they accepted. A few of my items sold within 2 weeks and I got an email notification of the sold status. They’re doing everything right and Ashlee is always helpful when I’m shopping onsite. Goodbye malls, I’ve found my new favourite store.

They had an amazing selection of clothes that were super adorable. I even regret not finding this place sooner! I purchased several tops (don't blame me because they were so lovely they need to be purchased). I had them at super affordable price, which made me very excited since I got pretty clothes at low price. I would definitely come back to this beautiful store soon.

Have never had the pleasure of being in the store, but a friend from Edmonton told me about it. Checked it out online and was was very impressed. Ordered 4 items, they were all in amazing condition. Shipping was quick and efficient. Looking forward to more finds!

This store isn’t inclusive to any size not under a medium. They have a “large” section but the sizes are tiny and small and their selection speaks to a very small demographic.

Great find on Whyte Ave. Upstairs. Lots of sizes and varied selections. Footwear too. Good prices and of course, discount racks. And they update new inventory on their IG. Shop.wrinkled. worth checking out.
