Absolute b s from thease guysMy company had account set up last year to purchase siding for strictly servicing one account , we purchased min amounts of siding for repairs only .sent one of my drivers there today to pick up some material and was told my account is closed due to not purchasing enough during last 12 monthsLol also was told that min amount is 50 kHilarious!!!I wouldn't put their product on my dog houseStay away folks

the worst service I ever experienced they took over an hour just to find my home package it took two guys who didnt know what they where doing total tools , there names where Ross & Ryan I made sure to write it down and then once i was leaven i seen them smoking drugs at the mcdonalds parking lot , witch really makes you think how safe that is since both young men where forklift operators to me thats like drinking and driving good thing i called and reported it because someone can get really hurt NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

If you want a company that looks after its customers, this is not it. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Upon PRE-OCCUPATION inspection it was identified that the siding supplied by Kaycan had failed under normal install conditions. It's been 15 months of consternation trying to get this fixed. Multiple independent installers have reviewed the install as faultless. The product warped within one month of installation. An arrogant Kayman representative came to inspect the issue and said it's the sun's fault for being too hot

As a former employee I can assure you, Kaycan has very efficient and effective employees to support the corporate community that is equally as dedicated and valuable. Management is ethical and professional while remaining personable and considerate. Not the type to halfass any task, and in the warehouse section of the workforce, that's a rarity to say the least. I wager to bet that I am not the only person who has a lasting impression of the professionalism that Kaycan exudes on a daily basis, and all the products that are carried, manufactured and sold by Kaycan are the height of quality and industry revolutionary products. I could go on and on about why you should buy all your siding here, but I am sure if you're lucky enough to meet any of the wonderful ladies at the front desk, Warehouse Manager Rob, Warehouse Supervisor Stephan, or Mario, Andrew, or any I haven't mentioned, because they're all great people. You'd find out for yourself, and this review is not capable of doing justice to the experience and satisfaction you'll receive!

Very poor shipping service so many times i came there they refuse to give hand or any help so reluctant .. all shipping people shd be fired need new passionate team than these bonkers working nonsensically. I wish i cud give lass than zero stars. I wd bring it to its administrators and ceo of the company soon

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Great group of guys here, not quite as bad as the other horror stories. Sure, there may be wait times during busy spells but ive experienced the same with other suppliers.
