Worst customer service experience ever! If I can give zero star I would.I inquired about the shipping price for some vitamins, and I was given two packaging methods to calculate the shipping cost. One packaging method is by number of vitamin packages per shipping box, another method is by the weight of the shipping box. When I went to the store with my items, I found out that the store employee tries to play the numbers game with me, the outrageous thing is that they try to limit the number of items per packaging box, but they also charges me double of my package weight (6 items weight 3.2 lbs in total, they want to charge price of 6 lbs).When I try to ask for why I am getting charged double the weight of my items, the guy with the Gucci" shirt was very impatient and told me that "6 items = 6 lbs". I was so shocked by his ignorance and lying straight to my face

用中加快递三年了。没有出现过丢件的情况～速度有时长一些，但相对非常稳定！价格也是公道合理。

Very reliable service, package was delivered less than 10 days, and price was good. Will continue use their services in future.

Way cheaper than Canada post for sending packages to China.

I am surprised that this place hasn't went out of business yet. Treat customers with no respect and employees are not familiar with the price quote. Very frustrating to deal with them, but I guess that is what you get for being a budget courier store.

First of First, if you want to save tax and duty to send packages to China, this is your 1st choice in GTA. The Chinese custom clearance time can varies from 5-10 days, that is the major time you will see on the tracking system. But you dont pay any tax and duty as long as you send them by the company's guideline.Normally it takes 10-15days to arrive to your package's destination after you send them. If by chance, the Chinese custom slows down the clearance time frame, or very tough on inspection, or if you sending packages on Chinese long weekend, it will delay. for the year 2015, the delay happened once in Sept. For the year 2016, end of Oct packages are delay by 15 days.

去邮一双鞋子 居然说我鞋盒太大 要30刀，一个纸盒1刀 里面的filling也要额外收钱，我见过的快递里还没有这么黑的总体来说速度还算可以，价格很贵，服务挺差的，我询问价格都很不耐烦，就好似他们永远很忙的样子 没空理人。那就继续那么忙吧 我可不用这家快递了。
