I HAVE to share this amazing experience that I had at this business. I am in Vancouver for a short time while my husband gets cancer treatment. I googled for somewhere close to the location that I was staying, and I took a chance on this gem.This massage was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! I have had 30 years of massages...and it is something that I do quite regularly. So the best massage I have ever had" hopefully tells you just how EPIC it was.I booked the Signature Massage. I didn't know what that was and I didn't really care. The options were Sports Massage

Jay is amazing at what he does!! I was worried the comments were misleading because I couldn’t believe someone would have this many good reviews- but it is completely true. This was the best massage I have ever had. Jay is very kind, efficient, professional, and absolutely knows what he’s doing. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back again soon!!

First time ever getting a massage, so went with the 30 min back/neck/arm. Unbelievable how much relief he gave for my tight traps. I have to do my part in stretching and strengthening but will not hesitate to have a maintenance" massage to keep the muscles looser. Really appreciate his skill."

I had a 2 hour mobile combo massage with Jay. Wow! a truly great therapist. He made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was so impressed I booked him again straight away. I was nervous about having a male massage me as a female in my home but he was so professional and respectful. He also had a very calming presence and good energy and used the exact right pressure. He was also great with my massive dog that usually barks and charges at new people. The dog was weirdly calm and just gave Jay a big lick. I give him five stars all around.

I highly recommend it! Jay is your guy. I had an hour foot massage and my daughter had a neck/back massage. I don’t usually fall asleep during massages, but I did this time. It was blissful. Definitely coming back when we visit Canada again.

The studio was very clean with a nice atmosphere. I got the combo foot and signature massage. If you've never had your feet massaged for a full hour I highly recommend it - it felt amazing.Jay was very polite and did a great job, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will be back.

I am so happy that I acted on my instincts after reading past reviews of Jay's work. I have had massages around town but also in several countries since I enjoy a massage when I travel. My experiences have all been positive but no one has been able to get to the problem in my hip as well as Jay at Relax body&mind. In fact, he hit all of the sore spots perfectly. Jay is very polite, his small studio is elegant and super clean and the location is convenient with a large parking lot. I am definitely going back!!

I am so happy with the experience. The place was very cozy inside and the masseur did an excellent job! I will definitely be returning next time I am in vancouver.Also + was that there was free parking :)
