Really bad service. Don’t expect sales associates to give you the time of day unless you dress/look a certain way. Not even a greeting when I entered the store and the entire time I was shopping the staff just gave me dirty looks.

This company will buy your email address and make false sales to look good. Not ethical at all.

Candace is brilliant, helped me style an ensemble I love so much. Not to mention she looked like she walked straight out of a magazine and was the best stylist I've come across in my years of shopping at Anthro. Kudos to her and this store, consistently still the best Anthro store out of so many other spectacular locations.

Very nice merchandise through the store, however certain items would sell better if the prices weren't set so high!! As well certain products have been reduced in size to accommodate lowering prices, but are still priced well above fair value!

The selection of clothing and stuff is amazing. Very good quality and nice clothing. The prices are at the high end, however is worth it when they have sales up to 40% off.Some of the models are unique and very interesting fabrics.Now they have some summer sales.

I made an online order of over $2000 on May 4. It said 6-9 business days for delivery. I still hadn't received anything by May 16th and the tracking page hadn't been updated from order received. I emailed the customer service chat and they told me there was a hold on my order and gave me a number to call. The customer service representative said they needed to clarify some information before the package could be sent because there were duties (all of which I provided on the order, such as name, address, email) - duties were included in the fee I paid. The representative said it was my bank's responsibility to follow up with me and I said this was Anthropologie's responsibility - if they need more info from a customer, they should be contacting me, not leaving my order on hold for 2 weeks. I have never had such a problem from any company I've ordered from online. I let them know this was poor service and requested they rush the parcel given that it has taken so long. She refused and I expressed my frustration that I would now need to wait another 6-8 business days. The representative said she was sorry I felt this way, and then hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service with online ordering that contrasts starkly from service in Anthro stores. Will likely never order online from Anthro again

This store has always been one of my favorites. They have such unique pieces and such a variety. Also, little things like a great selection of earrings and candles.The store is very eye-catching. I will always be a return customer!

Beautifully designed and decorated store that is nice and well arranged. The store has a nice ambiance and is clean. My wife really enjoys shopping here. With a combination of clothing and household items it has an appeal to many shoppers. The clothing is relaxed and a sort of California beach style.
