Great company, incredible owners.

Always an awesome unload experience

Just trying to apply here is a nightmare. You have to go through all these aptitude tests, grammar, reading etc. NOTHING to do with your technical ability or how personable you are. Some of the biggest mines I have worked for do not even require this as it really proves nothing. Due to that I will pick one of the many other offers I have. I spoke to a few people about this company and from what I have been told the supervision is absolutely terrible. Probably for the better that you avoid this place. Also, if you notice there are people giving 5 star rating that have nothing to do or even work for this place but you find the REAL reviews on other sites.

When moving farm equipment you should flag your oversized loads. Unsafe transport.

I have been working with Heavy Metal equipment for the last 4 years. This company is by far the best company I have or ever will work for.You are treated with respect from every level of managment no matter your position with the company.

This company has good people but are always in desperate need of mechanics and contractor mechanics. Yet pay rig welders like black arc welding with a 60K dollar welding truck the same as a guys with over 300k in tools trucks and gear. Might be time to prioritize the underpopulated trade over the overpopulated trade.
