Last week I went to install my dashcam with them. I came after 2 hrs and found out that there was a scratch underneath the front bumper. Which was not there before. I touched it and the powder like substance were literally falling off. I called the front desk person and showed him. He said he don’t know. I literally touched and showed him the powder like falling off which is very fresh. And of course he still refused and doesn’t want to take ownership.Kindly avoid this place. Also if you wanted to go. Please take pics of your car before giving it to them.

Just if you need to get your car diagnos without them notifying you that the charge would be $60 just to check why the door is not locking using my remote.He did not had the parts then no needed to open the door latch to check it. I knew from the start it was an actuator problem and needed a new one. Maybe try to listen before opening anything and also let the customer know you are going to rip them off with $60 just for 20 min. Also when I asked if I would get a discount if he installs it and he said No". The charge will be $80/ hr which would be two hours of work.So be careful before going into such place.For the business: take consent before doing any work on it."

Great experience. First time here. Remote Starter, Dash Cam & Reverse Camera installed on my G500 ; bought the products from them as well. Really appreciate the quality work & finishes. Keep up the great work wire magic!!

Fixed intermittent sound problems in my 08' Gs350 and also installed aftermarket double din and mirror with front and rear camera in my 04' sportcross. Reasonable time frame and price too. So happy with job well done!!

Overpriced. They tried to charge me $160 for hid lights without the ballast lol. Then I headed down to jspec and got em for $40.

I had a pioneer double din head unit installed from them.Prior to going there I had a call with wire magic who gave me a pricing upon my requirements and the type of head unit I was about to install. They knew whether I needed an interface or not and what else might be required. This shows they know what they are doing when it comes to audio installations.Installation was good and they had taken the effort to mount the mic of the head unit near the rear view mirror which I was impressed and didn't expect. I did appreciate the effort they had taken to mount it in a place that is not intrusive to the existing appearance of the interior. I was afraid of other static noises and whining noises with the new head unit but none of that exists and everything is working as expected. I would definitely go back to get another audio job done by then.
