Received awful customer service from the cosmetics department. Be careful what cosmetic brands you purchase, I tried to return a bad product and was told the brand no longer allowed returns. The brands that do not allow returns are not advertised anywhere in the cosmetics department and the department is doing nothing to inform customers about this, unless you ask directly before purchasing.

Very professional and the photos looked great! Was recommended to use them by many photographer friends and I will continue to use them!

I switched to shoppers from Costco pharmacy and they are slightly more expensive but they’ve been super helpful whenever I have questions and call them. They even helped me lower my cost by helping me figure out slightly slightly different dose from my current (just different size tablets but almost same dose) and sent the request to my doctor and my doctor approved my new dose recommended by my pharmacist at Shoppers and now I pay $40 less for my meds. No regret switching from Costco. Costco pharmacy never answers phone. Shoppers always answer my call and opens way later at night for convenience. And you also get pc points. Lastly, the pharmacists I’ve talked to here are so friendly and they are so helpful.

Needed my prescription, left it a bit late and Jessica was fantastic. She explained to me what I could do, was pleasant and cared. Thank you Jessica, I really appreciate your professionalism and hard work! You made my day.

Great pharmacy

Horrible service. The pharmacist was disrespectful and consistently condescending throughout our interaction. Not sure if he had a bad experience with the customer before myself nonetheless that doesn't justify the unprofessional service which I received. I would rate this place a zero if I could.

I made an online order to take passport photo of my baby, but when I went to the store I was told that they are unable to take photo from babies! It’s not mentioned on their website and they even don’t know how to give me the refund!!! I talked to customer service several times and every time they say different things like go to the store or cancel the order online! But still I haven’t got my money back and no one is responsible!! very poor customer service! It is supposed to be mentioned on your webiste that you don’t have the equipment for baby photography!! It doesn’t make sny sense that you don’t know how to give my money back!!!

The worst experience for my first time family photo. I signed a free photo and I won but I ended up paying $60 for just 6 pictures. I'm telling you those photos are not great she just took picture not even showing to us to see if we like it or not so we can fix our selves. Don't waste your money, time and effort find a better photo centre. The photos I took from my phone is better than the photos she captured I think she needs more practice.

I brought six school cahier books for my daughter. They charged me $2.59 for each while it’s written on the tag for $0.99. When I reached to them immediately, the manager asked me to read the policy beside the counter, and keep telling me that I should check the expire date on the promotion tag! Excuse me? It’s you who should tell the employee to remove it immediate instead of asking the clients to check by themselves. Customers are NOT OBLIGED to check your mistakes. Generally speaking he refused to refund me for the differences. I was fine with that then decided to return all of the cahier. Then he keeps telling me this policy was out thru Canada for so many years. Excuse me again? Are you telling me this because I am an Asian client? You should know that’s racialism. Thank you for your warm reminder, but I’m not new immigrant. Seriously you should think about why the tags are still not yet removed so customers won’t waste times to check you did do your job or not. Lastly, he didn’t give me my original receipt. With my strong insistence he did since I have other purchases on the original receipt and I have the right to get it. So bad this happened in my communities. Maybe the owner should really think about hire a new manager who know customer services.
