We had an issue with our order and were a bit disappointed. I emailed to let them know, and received a reply within minutes. Chef Alex more than rectified the situation and was so apologetic. He also assured me he was looking into the matter and offered to remake the meal. We’ve ordered from here regularly and this was the only issue we had. More than impressed with their food but even more so with their customer service.We will continue coming back to West Coast!

This absolute best value on Lake Huron. The food quality here is exceptional, and the staff are alert and friendly. The open and tidy kitchen is appreciated and noted. Don’t miss this if you’re in the area!

The Burger Friday Rocks! Screw McPukes’s! Order ahead, pick up on time (no waiting parked in #’s 4-6 lol) waaaaayyy better quality n made by people who care that your food is primo n your order correct. Ask for ketchup n they throw u half a dozen!!! How bout that McPukes? Thats 6 ketchup, lol. I just wish it was Burger Tuesday as well.

Do you like the chicken at the Swiss place? Well, you're never going to eat it again without thinking how much better the roasted chicken at West coast catering is. Juicy, tender, seasoned perfectly and a dipping sauce that makes the other guy's sauce seem like ketchup. Surprisingly inexpensive as well. Add roasted potatoes and roasted veggies for a complete meal. Just get some. Now.UPDATE! Ordered tonight and some computer glitch kept them from getting the order. They fixed it on the spot! The Chef's burger may be the best in town. I only say may" because I haven't tasted all of theirs yet. The pepper poppers are crisp outside an perfectly cooked inside. The cannoli are incredible. Chef Alex and his team catered our wedding this spring. They made the process seamless right from the start. The service and food where both incredible. The extra little things they did for us truly set them apart; like the personal tasting beforehand, showing up with water glasses the day of when we forgot ours and even offering to make me a boutonniere moments before the ceremony when mine did not show up. You will not find better anywhere!!

Hands down best, juiciest burgers I’ve ever had. Period. I didn’t add a picture because we devoured them so quick, so delicious!I’ve had many items from their menu, you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. So many options for vegan, dairy free, gluten free and so on.Service is great, people are friendly and it makes life easy when you have so many items to choose from if you’re in a hurry. Fresh or frozen, they have you covered!!

They are Different ! from the GOOD side!!! Using Chef Alex service for several months and will do - my #1 place for ready/frozen food. Easy to order, easy to pay, easy to pick up. With required actions due to Covid always in place - no issues here! Try and you will NOT be disappointed :)))) I did it once ... and .... still with them :)AND ONE MORE REVIEW with pictures Just amasing, as usual! LOVE this Place !

Delicious catered meal for a group of 14! Everything was excellent- chicken mushroom Asiago, beef pot roast, buttery mashed potatoes, roasted veggies and broccoli salad. Very generous portions would have fed several more people. The desserts were fabulous- and all delivered right to our door! Thank you Alex & team!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. The food is always served hot and crispy. Such a big selection of gluten free, KETO, vegan, etc. dishes. All of the prepared meals I've tried have been amazing and easy cooking instructions. Last thing, BURGERS ON FRIDAY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!
