Customer service unhelpful and rude, I have ordered three 5 minds custom pieces from a vendor in edmonton. When the vendor wouldn't service/answer questions I called the company directly. Person who answered the phone snickered at my questions and referred me back to the vendor. When comes time to replace the 2 custom pieces I ordered I'll look at other options before selecting this company again. This is a division of permobil I'll think twice about my tilite manual chair & my permobil f5 stand up as well as I have had several warranty issues that have been unresolved by permobil.
