This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. today i had appointment for stress test and eco,. they did the eco and I was told to wait for the stress test in the room after 30 min. wait in the testing room i was told we can't do your stress test today you have to reschedule it, when i ask why? because the Dr. Arthur has to leave. spoke with head of the secretary why this happen? she can't give me an explanations than the Dr. has to leave. I ask for the e-mail. or contact# of the company. she gave me a fake e-mail and a fax#.WORST PROFESSIONAL SERVICES i ever been toOMG this place will give more stress to your heart. Avoid this place.

Wow I'm not sure where to start. Yes the reviews are right appointments are not on time....... ultrasound machines need to be updated. How can you have old machines when your dealing with someone's health. Come on don't be cheap buy new technology so you can give accurate results. Hire more technicians to do the ultrasounds...... don't schedule so many appointments if you can't deal with the work load..... Hire more ultrasound technicians that are experienced in the field one ultrasound machine isn't going to cut it. Invest in technology and staff your patients will be happy.......

I had my Mother there on Friday and I was so disgusted with the lack of precautions taken due to covid. NOBODY wiped down the chairs, the door handles, the reception area, the washrooms, nothing. My mom had to ask them to change the paper on the gurney as it wasn't changed from the prior person using it. The staff had a buffet lunch and standing around eating. Thought buffet's had to close during the shut down. My dog's animal hospital takes more precautions then this place...they should be ashamed of themselves!

They canceled my mom’s appointment 30mins before the appointment and we’re already on our way. So annoyed!! They said it was been canceled yesterday but my mom never received any calls nor message from them. They don’t understand the trouble they’re making to us and to my mom. She did not attend work for this appointment and yet, they will cancel and reschedule it some other day. I hope they will be mindful of the patient’s time and MAKE SURE they talked to the patient for any changes to the appointment ahead of time.

Do not visit this place. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. To be honest, the washing machine and drier in their waiting area should have been a good enough indication of what to expect from them. Great clinic. Negative reviews regarding time are completely unreasonable. 3/3 times ive come to this clinic had my appointments seen on time, and am willing to bet that negative reviews come from patients that come late. excellent staff

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews here, I mean the clinic was definitely very clean and well maintained..They clearly state only patients must come in unless they need help..I was taken within 15 minutes of arrival for my Echo test and Dr. Gupta saw me within 1/2 half after my scan. Wonderful doctor, very patient and answers all your questions..overall I had a good experience at this centre

Been at this clinic for 4x and I find the receptionist and their technicians all professional and so welcoming to deal with. I feel so comfortable talking with Dr Yanagama - my gratitude for the time he spent to explain my heart issues. I highly recommend this clinic .

Totally unprofessional place, technicians have no respect for the patients (Clients), looks like technicians doing a favor to the patients by doing the tests.They don't realise that by going there, these patients helping the technicians earn their bread & butter.
