Without a doubt, this is my family’s favourite store to visit. The owners, Marc and Allison, as well as the entire Chico Ile Perrot staff go above and beyond for their customers. My children each have a hamster from Chico, and without fail, each time we visit the store Marc and Allison ask all about them and even remember their names! This gem of a store has stolen our hearts and we would not think of taking our business elsewhere. It is so rare to receive this type of service in this day and age. Our community is blessed to have you!

While on holidays from Alberta I came across this wonderful pet store and I cannot say enough about the service I received. The friendly and knowledgeable owners helped me to select a new cat carrier. They were so patient and accommodating in measuring and advising how best to pack it for my trip home. Chico Ile Perrot has a large selection of cat food despite supply issues I've experienced at other chain stores.

We first arrived at Chico a couple of months ago bringing along our newest family member, Tito. The owners and staff were very welcoming, helping us with what products we needed for our new puppy.I have been back several times since and can honestly say it's always been a warm welcome....except for my last visit.Unfortunately, we purchased a wrong item and only realized when we got home. Actually we only realized once we opened it.I returned to the store a couple of hours later hoping either for an exchange or refund but was told immediately that we cannot resell this item because its been opened. ( which is understandable and fair).However, the problem lies with a bad judgement call on the managers behalf. We have an existing account with Chico and have already spent hundreds of dollars at this specific location. We had every intention of returning when Tito needed food, new toys or anything for that matter. That's hundreds if not thousands of dollars that would of been spent in your store for years to come, does this not out weigh your refund or exchange rate policy? How about reselling the item at a discount and just let customers know it`s been opened?To be honest, I was quite disappointed and because of this small mishap on there behalf (in my opinion) I will be taking my business somewhere else.None the less, I still gave this review 3 stars since the staff as a whole was still very accommodating and friendly from my previous visits.

Greeted at the door by friendly and warm welcoming staff, immediately take great care with your pet needs“Jack” and I had lots of fun during our visit as we will return very soon…Thank you Marc and Allie

Marc and Alison, the owners of this store have given me an extraordinary service and guidance since the first time I walked in their store. They have given me endless guidance and support while I have been trying to figure out how to manage my older rescue dogs severe food and environmental intolerances. First by suggestion the allergy testing that has proven to be invaulable and then researching the different raw food options that she could tolerate. Several months later I have a much healthier, happier dog. :-)They really do care about you and your pets.

Alison and Marc are some of the most professional and kind people I have ever met. They take their work very seriously and will guide you through all of your wants and needs when it comes to your pet's well being. I recommend this store 100%.

Great selection of products at competitive prices. The BIG difference is the quality of ownership and staff. They take the time to fulfill your pet's needs and truly care about their wellbeing. I appreciate that the store is always super clean too.

The owners Alison and Mark are just awesome! Super friendly,pleasant and knowledgeable. The store had an amazing variety for both dogs and cats. You must check out this store!!
