Erin Surinak of Westland Insurance was invaluable to me when renewing my automobile insurance policy. Because I have a very inflexible working schedule, I often times cannot make it into a business for face to face meetings or even make time for phone calls. Great service and reasonable pricing !

Came to the location to add insurance to a new vehicle. Was told that the paper work from the dealership was incorrect (Destination Honda confirmed paperwork is accurate). Was then told we wouldn't be able to get insurance today (at noon) as they were too busy. The location was empty. I enjoy being a BCAA member but this location was sub par.

I called a few mins ago, my call was answered quickly. And the person who works here helped me very efficiently and was super nice. Great service, would rate it more stars if I could.

Completely useless CAA won't pick up a car if it's at a storage unit or if I buy a car private sale and not on the road yet what's the point of paying for a membership if they don't help and do their job
