The prices are high and there are lot of empty shelves due to the current supply chain situation. However, the staff there are super nice and the essentials are still being sold.

The manager somehow was angry. We needed fresh bread sitting behind the counter. He was angry we got it. It was the end of the day and did not need this kind of treatment.

Stayed in golden for a week and the grocery was right around the corner. They have everything you could need including fresh bread and deli meats. Lots of stock and packaged meats.The prices seemed high to me compared to Toronto grocery store prices but there aren’t many grocery stores around so I guess that’s just standard.Staff are friendly and there’s lots of parking available too.

It's been years since I stepped foot into am IGA. This store was well stocked and functional. Maybe a bit aged in motif, but it's open until 10, when Savon up the street closes at 9.I was asked if I wanted bags to put my groceries in, a question I never been asked before when not having reusable bags with me.
