Terrible, after the purchase, try getting a response to any question you may have about the product. I had a very simple question for Tech support, and I called multiple times and left messages and no return call. Customer service is useless. I even sent an e-mail on their contact page stating my question and two weeks later no response. To summarize, the company has no concept of customer service, and it's maddening to think I supported this company by purchasing a tester from them.

I have been doing business with Spectralab for nearly 6 years now. Great knowledgeable and professional technical team. One time I had a issue with our GCMS system, it takes months to get the manufacture people to fix the issue and they managed to get it done within 2 weeks. We then decided to purchased our triple quad MS , dissolution, uvvis from them, everything works perfectly fine until today. we had minor issues on the uvvis during the warranty but they offered us replacement. I highly recommend Spectralab Scientifc Inc as a used equipment vendor.Cheers from E-fin lab
