Dr. Tan and staff.... AWESOME. She is patient, empathetic, and shares her knowledge. She takes time to address your concerns. Gives lots of tip for maintaining good eye health. If you have a disease that impacts your eyes or vision, you can learn a lot from Dr. Tan. My husband and I have been with Dr. Tan for years - her prices are very reasonable, although when you are a senior as we now are, OHIP covers annual eye exams. Friendly, helpful reception too! Would never go anywhere else.

My appointment with Dr. Tan was the most thorough optometrist appointment I have ever experienced. She was very informative. Her thoroughness & knowledge was amazing. She put me at ease. It was a wonderful relief to have someone who truly cares deeply about her profession examining my eyes. Dr. Tan's receptionist was also very pleasant.

Dr.Tan is an absolutely amazing doctor with very friendly and welcoming staff! I took my three children (ages 7,12, and 17) to her for the first time this week and I can say confidently that we will NEVER go anywhere else! She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very informative as well! She explained everything to not only myself but to each of the children in age appropriate ways that they would each understand and never came off as patronizing or condescending to anyone, adult or child. As a family who has had many visits to optometrists and ophthalmologists over the years Dr.Tan gave us information about our eyes/vision that no other Doctor has! It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for top tier service at a very reasonable cost!

Dr Tan is insanely thorough with her eye exam and the price for the exam is astoundingly cheaper than a lot of places i called.I am VERY happy i came to her after 10 years of not getting my eyes checked.I picked up my glasses from another establishment - and all i can say is WOW! I can actually SEE!!!Driving at night is such a dream now. I feel so much safer.

Dr. Tan is amazing !She was extremely informative throughout the entire exam, explaining every detail as to what she was doing and why as well as to how it related to how your eyes work. She's so sociable and very thorough in her work. Also carries some excellent styles and brand names for frames.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye exam in Belleville!

AMAZING.Got my son in quickly.She is amazing with kids!!!Definitely recommend if you have younger kids that are a little shy with doctors.Very good sanitizing practices as well.

Terrible experience. Every time I would ask Dr. Tan a question her reply was"if you wanna know that then you're gonna have to give me 80 bucks. Receptionist said she would get me two quotes for glasses and call me....3 weeks later I finally called them and she only got 1 quote and was quit argumentative and snotty when I asked about the 2nd. Both Dr. Tan and her receptionist were so unprofessional! I will never return nor will I ever reccomend Dr. Tan."

I have never learned so much during an eye exam! Dr. Tan is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable optometrist I've ever visited. She explained, in depth, every part of the process, and taught me some tips for eye health, etc. along the way. She is a very bubbly person, and made me feel comfortable during the entire exam.
