very clean and open space. You can feel like you are in centre of toronto. Also there’s a food court downstairs which is really nice too. You can grab so many varieties of foods.

Over 8 hours on hold over the last two days, one call was on hold for more than 4 hours without replies or answers. Absolutely pathetic customer service

How can I make your day better" was the starting line that I heard when I requested for Customer Service assistance over the phone. Ivy the call center agent went about doing just that. She listened to my concerns and request. Then assisted me within her means. We need more people like Ivy in this world who are able to help people and still remain well within the rules of the Company whilst ensuring great customer service and also not putting people in stress. Great job Ivy
