Olive Grove Restaurant
My party of 14 made reservations in advance for our Christmas party. There was a discrepancy with our reservation, and without notification they cancelled it. Then put us in a back room with no heat, and we then waited an hour and 20 minutes to receive a drink, and actually only half of us did receive our drink. The room was so cold that one of my co-workers husbands brought us a space heater because we were so cold. Eventually we just decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would actually give a negative rating if possible. In case you were wondering we ended up having a great time!!! (at the other place). If there was a mistake with booking, well things happen. If they couldn't accommodate us, then just say so, instead they were actually rather rude.

Olive Grove Restaurant
Cute restaurant with good service. I was a little bit unimpressed with the food, however. We ordered the chicken souvlaki and the calamari, they were both alright. The cooking of each dish was good, both were juicy and tender... but they definitely needed some more seasoning.

Love it! The pizzas here are great, and so are their desserts. The service is excellent. The owners are welcoming and very kind. They always personally stop by the table to check up on how we're doing, and it's overall a very pleasant experience. I've never been disappointed coming here to eat!

Pretty little restaurant. The new owners obviously don't know what they have in their garden out front. Massive rosemary and fennel bushes with a very old olive tree. If they did some pruning they could use these in their dishes. Good food, prices are a little high for what you get and the need for a reservation isn't actually necessary because when I arrived for my first visit the place was empty.

Long established, good dining, family owned, Greek cuisine. Fabulous calamari! Generous servings, great fresh salads, house wines served by the quarter or half litre (or more!) at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive service. Been eating and dining here for years and years and have never been disappointed.

The dolmades were amazing, and the lamb was delicious. It's a very casual, no frills kind of atmosphere, but the food far surpassed my expectations. We were too full for dessert, but we're going to have to go back for the baklava. It was a hidden gem!

I do not understand why anybody is saying anything bad about this place. Their food is absolutely to die for and their service was excellent. Their pizza is literally the best ever, like you will not like any other pizza again. the owners are very welcoming and kine, so are the servers. the prices are perfect. would recommend 110%

First time customers and we were very pleased with service and food. We had dinner, arrived early but they sat us down and said it was okay to order if we were ready. My wife ordered the lamb and when it fell off the bone she was already pleased. I had the calamari and greek salad. I was very impressed, not too greasy and large portion. Both of us agreed we will be back. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. Parking is free and easy.Thanks for a great experience.... we will be back and bring our sister because of your large gluten free menu.Thanks..... recommended.Guy in Victoria

We arrived early for our 6:30 reservation and ordered a drink, appetizer, main and dessert promptly. We were the third table seated in the dining room, received our drinks quickly, and then didn't get our appetizer until 7:50. Tables that were seated after us got their food before us, and when we mentioned this to our server, we were brushed off and told that it was a busy night. I would have posted this on their website, but apparently those reviews are filtered, and I wasn't able to. If we could give it zero stars we would.

Olive Grove Restaurant
Had high expectations but unfortunately did not deliver. Very quiet place for a Sunday evening, hardly anyone there and maybe for a reason. Food was mediocre at best and not close to even the chain Greek restaurants in Toronto. Given the abundance and quality of seafood on the west coast I would have thought the place could have done so better on its quality and cooking of calamari and salmon. Lamb was quite middle of the pack as well and the sauce was not tasty. Overall, left dissapointed. First and last time.
