Was in today to do birthday shopping for my Mom, absolutely loved the variety offered, and the customer service was amazing as I couldn't find the new elvis movie and the man found me a copy! We talked about our Mom's both enduring cancer treatments and how it impacted us both, the fact he treated me as a human and not a delinquent made me feel appreciated!

Poor staff, incredibly disgusted with this customer service that is provided here. Cass and Matt, should NEVER work in customer service it's extremely disgusting how they treat customers. They should never be working in customer service period, go get another job where you don't interact with customers. This service doesn't even deserve a star.

Not many of these kind of stores left. Especially in Toronto. So when I visit St Catharines I always have to stop off here. Store is packed with great finds. Staff is overall helpful. Nice job team!

As my children say Le Cool is not French. But I have been visiting here for 20 years consolidating my love for their mother and her city. Well its mine now. And this store is Le cool. What did it finally is the owner (he seemed too cool not to be) on selecting a great sale CD, saying he saw the Voice of God, the great Sufi in his one set in Montreal. Really Cool!

i can't give my full 5 stars because they didn't have the strings i needed for my instrument and they still haven't arrived in store even if i ordered them last week and already paid for them.However the staff is really friendly and the location is great
