I have been dealing with Millcreek Veterinary Clinic since it's inception almost 40 years. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.

When Covid shut down groomers, my cockapoo dog Lucy, got extremely matted. We normally took her to Petsmart to get groomed, but they said that the mattes were too close to the skin so she would have to be groomed by a vet. We heard great things about the people at Millcreek Veterinary Clinic from fellow dog owners in the neighbourhood. We called them up and told them the situation. They worked to get her in as soon as possible. Lucy, who can be a little nervous around new people especially in a new place, ran right up to the groomer when she came from the back. My little Lucy no longer has any mattes and I can she that she is feeling better because of it. The first picture is the one where she was matted and the second one is after they got rid of the mattes. The staff was so nice. Also the price was pretty good

Great hospital for veterans.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It notAn easy job Most nights it's really busy in Emergency room. But still the service is very good. With the health care system as bad as it is .the service is fantastic.

The ER, 5th floor staff and 7.1 floor staff... Heart surgical floors - they work hard and are constantly caring for the patients. Family matters. The Savory Restaurant, Tim Hortons staff, and Shoppers Drug Mart... People care just when we need it. Thanks QEII and your amazing associates.Nice family rooms to rest in while tending to family patients. TV. Puzzles. Books. Fridge. Piano. Microwave. Comfy chairs.

Best veterinarian and clinic staff! Dr. M saved our dog by giving us short notice appointments and calling in an ultrasound technician on short notice. The staff was amazingly caring and friendly. Our dog Puff has made a full recovery thanks to the medications and diet plan he suggested. I couldn’t be more happy! Truly great people at this clinic.

From out of town, needed help and even though I was told on the phone I needed approval to go there (that nobody seemed able to get) I went anyway. Went in with an attitude, but quickly calmed down by both a security officer who walked with me into facility, and the staff inside worked to make me feel sure I was going to be seen.They couldn't have handled me any better. I'm terrible with names, but the staff working 05oct22 evening were all fantastic
